Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Participant's Condition
For safety reasons, the client undertakes to attend the activity without being under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other substance likely to impair their physical or mental capacities.
The service provider reserves the right to refuse participation by any person showing clear signs of intoxication or drug use. In such a case, no refund will be granted.
2. Payment and Booking Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed upon full payment of 100% of the chosen activity fee.
A payment link will be sent by email or SMS. The slot will only be definitively reserved upon receipt of full payment.
Once payment is confirmed, a confirmation email summarising your booking details will be sent to you.
3. Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation made the day before or on the day of the activity will result in the full amount paid being retained, unless a valid medical certificate is provided as soon as possible.
4. Late Arrival or No-Show
In the event of absence or failure to attend without prior notice, the activity will be considered as completed and no refund will be granted.
5. Image Rights
Photographs and/or videos may be taken for communication and promotional purposes (website, social media, etc.). The client is free to inform the guide if they do not wish to appear.
This authorisation is granted free of charge and may be withdrawn at any time by written request. However, withdrawal cannot apply to materials already published.
6. Participant Declaration
The participant certifies that they are fit to take part in the booked activity and have no known medical contraindications to climbing or outdoor activities.
The participant undertakes to follow the safety instructions given by the instructor before and during the activity.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By clicking "I accept the terms", the participant acknowledges having read and accepted all of these booking terms, commits to attending the activity without having consumed alcohol or drugs, and accepts the payment, cancellation, and refund conditions described above.
