And any individual or legal entity making a booking through the Vertical Grimpe website, hereinafter referred to as "the Client".
These Terms and Conditions define the conditions for booking, payment and delivery of services offered by Vertical Grimpe.

Services are offered to individuals and professionals on French territory.
Bookings are made via the website, by phone, by email or through any other means made available by the Provider.
A booking becomes firm and final only after:
The Provider reserves the right to refuse any booking for a legitimate reason.
Payment is made exclusively by credit card via the secure payment solution provided on the website.
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of 100% of the chosen service fee.
A payment link is sent to the Client by email or SMS.
The slot is definitively reserved only upon receipt of full payment.
Once payment is confirmed, a confirmation email summarising the booking details is sent to the Client.
Prices displayed on the website are in euros (€).
As a micro-entrepreneur, the Provider benefits from the VAT exemption scheme in accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
The applicable rates are those in force at the time of booking.
The Provider reserves the right to change prices at any time with no retroactive effect on already confirmed bookings.
Any cancellation made the day before or on the day of the activity results in the full amount paid being retained.
However, a refund may be considered upon presentation of a valid medical certificate submitted as soon as possible.
For any cancellation made more than 48 hours before the activity, the Client may request a reschedule or a refund, subject to acceptance by the Provider.
The Provider reserves the right to cancel or postpone an activity in the event of:

The Client undertakes to arrive at the agreed time.
In the event of late arrival, the duration of the activity may be reduced without a price adjustment.
In the event of absence or failure to attend without prior notice, the activity will be considered as completed and no refund will be granted.
The Client declares that they are fit to take part in a climbing activity.

The Provider reserves the right to exclude any person whose behaviour endangers their own safety or that of the group, without refund.
Rented equipment is provided in good working condition.
The Client undertakes to:
Any damage resulting from misuse may result in charges for repairs or replacement.
Gift cards are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
They are neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash.
The Provider holds the professional qualifications required to lead the activities offered and has professional liability insurance.
The Client participates in activities at their own risk and undertakes to follow the safety instructions communicated.
The Provider's liability cannot be engaged in the event of:
The Provider holds Professional Liability Insurance.
The Client is recommended to hold personal liability insurance as well as an individual accident insurance covering outdoor sporting activities.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure service activities provided on a specific date or at a specific frequency.
Consequently, bookings for lessons, courses, outings and activities scheduled on a specific date do not benefit from the right of withdrawal.
Personal data collected during bookings is used solely for the management of services and the commercial relationship.
The Client has the right to access, rectify, delete and object to the processing of their personal data in accordance with applicable regulations.

All content on the Vertical Grimpe website (texts, photographs, logos, videos, graphics) is protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction or use without prior authorisation is prohibited.
In accordance with Articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Client may use a consumer mediator free of charge in the event of an unresolved dispute with the Provider.
The contact details of the relevant mediator will be provided upon the Provider's registration with a mediation scheme compliant with applicable regulations.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
By confirming a booking, the Client acknowledges having read these Terms and Conditions and accepts them without reservation.
